Our services

Espace Marketing designs and builds websites, custom applications, CRMs, WhatsApp automation and advertising campaigns. Every project is covered by a written proposal setting out scope, price and timeline before any work begins.

Quotes and pricing

No prices are shown on this site: every project gets a written proposal, free and with no commitment. The firm price is the one stated in that proposal. That price does not change mid-project unless you request work outside the agreed scope — in which case a written amendment is submitted to you before anything is built.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is in two instalments: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. On larger projects, a schedule tied to concrete milestones may be agreed. Final publication happens after the balance is settled.

Timelines

Stated timelines assume that the content, access and feedback we need are provided within reasonable delays. A delay in your approvals pushes the delivery date back accordingly.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions on the visual direction are included before development. Change requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Ownership

On delivery and after full payment, you own the source code, the domain name, the hosting and all accounts created for your project. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Post-launch support

30 days of corrective support is included after launch: it covers malfunctions, not new features. Beyond that, a monthly maintenance agreement is available with no minimum term.

Limitation of liability

We do everything we can to deliver functional, secure work, but we cannot be held liable for loss of business, for interruptions caused by third-party services (hosts, payment gateways, advertising platforms), or for the commercial results obtained.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Espace Marketing, by ticking the optional checkbox on our contact form:

• You consent to receive text messages about your project: project updates, appointment reminders, milestone notifications, and important service notices.
• Message frequency may vary; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of using our services or sending us an enquiry.
