Espace Marketing ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can require of us.

Data we collect

We only collect what you voluntarily send us through our contact form or by email:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your company or association name (optional)
  • Your project description and indicative budget
  • Your choice to receive SMS messages or not (optional checkbox on the form)

We also collect anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrers) to improve the site. These statistics cannot identify you personally. They are measured without cookies by our web host (Vercel).

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Answer your enquiry and prepare a quote
  • Follow up on your project if we work together
  • Send you updates on your project's progress

We never sell, rent or trade your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

SMS Communications Privacy

  • We only send SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in, by ticking the optional checkbox on our contact form.
  • We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Your phone number is used solely for project-related communications: project updates, appointment reminders, milestone notifications and important service notices.
  • Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@espacemarketing.com.

Retention and hosting

Enquiries submitted through the form are sent to us by email, through our web host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend), then kept in our mailbox. SMS messages are sent through our messaging provider (Twilio). Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the commercial relationship, then deleted on request.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers. Only technical cookies necessary for the site to function may be set.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, portability of or deletion of your data at any time. Write to contact@espacemarketing.com — we handle these requests within 30 days.
